With the addition of radar and IMU (inertial measurement unit) sensor pairings, the web-based software tool now offers 10 different calibration pairs to accelerate the development and safety of autonomous vehicles.
Calibration of sensor data is essential for stand-alone systems. These systems depend on sets of sensors, including cameras and LiDAR, to see the world around them. But these sensors need to be carefully calibrated with each other and with reality to ensure that systems are functioning properly and safely.
Deepen Calibrate allows users to view and inspect multi-sensor data integrity, calculate intrinsic and extrinsic calibration parameters, and export data to Deepen’s annotation tools.
