WP Engine begins registration for DE{CODE} 2022 targeting WordPress developers

WP engine, a WordPress technology company, has started registrations for its third event — DE{CODE} 2022 — targeting developers.

The virtual event will take place on April 20 and 21 and will stream across three different time zones, making it more convenient for developers attending from North America, EMEA, and Australia. There will be 19 expert-led sessions focused on the latest WordPress trends and technologies.

This year’s event is organized around four key development areas most requested by previous DE{CODE} attendees: eCommerce, Headless WordPress, Managed WordPress Hosting, and Builder Experience.

“We want to facilitate an online space where developers can learn more about what’s available to them when using WordPress and be inspired to build their best websites yet,” said Jason Cohen, Founder and CTO of WPEngine.

In 2021, DE{CODE} had 1700 participants from 59 countries.

In addition to eCommerce, Headless WordPress, and Managed WordPress Hosting, DE{CODE}2022 will include breakout sessions specifically dedicated to builders and the tools and features that help developers build better sites faster, with sessions covering site deployments with Local and the advent of new WordPress features such as full site editing.

“The full site release will empower builders in ways we have never seen before. The impact on users and businesses will be huge! We are seizing the opportunity to help developers embrace the change and successfully transitioning to the new way of building with WordPress,” said WP Engine Lead Developer Brian Gardner.

Based in Austin, Texas, WP Engine has offices in Brisbane, Australia; Krakow, Poland; Limerick, Ireland; London, England; Omaha, Nebraska and San Antonio, Texas.
